DomainSafe is a domain threat intelligence and acquisition service. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is formed by use of this website or any DomainSafe service.
What we do
We provide administrative document preparation, evidence assembly, OSINT research, and case planning support. We assemble the evidence packet (timestamped screenshots, WHOIS history, DNS records, certificate transparency hits, archive captures). We run open-source intelligence research on registrants, infrastructure, and abuse correlations. We prepare structured case planning materials.
What you do
You supply the factual background and strategic direction. You review every claim, citation, and factual assertion in the AI-prepared materials. You verify accuracy before submission. You make every legal-judgment call. You act as the complainant of record on any filing, pro se or through your own licensed IP counsel.
What our service agreement requires
Every US-based client engagement includes these contractual provisions:
- Acknowledgment that DomainSafe is not an attorney and provides no legal advice. No attorney-client privilege attaches.
- Scope limited to clerical, template-formatting, evidence-assembly, OSINT, and administrative coordination work.
- Client ownership of all legal positions, trademark assertions, and factual accuracy of any filing.
- Client indemnification of DomainSafe for any adverse panel ruling, including Reverse Domain Name Hijacking findings or bad-faith filing determinations.
Wholesale channel for IP firms
Licensed IP law firms use our AI evidence and OSINT engine as wholesale tooling. The firm audits, signs, and submits filings under their own professional license. DomainSafe carries no UPL exposure in that channel.
