What we collect
We collect information you provide directly: email address when you contact us or sign up for briefings, the domain portfolio details you share during a threat assessment, and information about your role and company that you choose to share.
We collect limited technical information through standard server logs: IP address, user agent, pages visited. We do not run third-party analytics that share information with advertisers.
What we do with it
Email addresses are used to send threat briefings, field notes, and follow-up correspondence related to your inquiry. Portfolio details shared during engagement are used to run the services you have engaged us for. We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information.
How we share
We share information with service providers strictly to operate the business (email delivery, payment processing, infrastructure). We share information with law enforcement only in response to valid legal process. We share information with vetted IP counsel partners only when you have engaged that coordination as part of your service.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Send the request to daniel@domainsafe.com. We respond within 30 days.
