DomainSafe is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is formed by use of this website or the services. Clients act as the complainant of record on any filing and retain full ownership of legal strategy. See scope of services.

You may use this website for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or copy protected content. Content on the website is provided as is. We make no warranties about accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DomainSafe and ThriveUp LLC are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services. Total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina.
